1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 740 as the platform provider. The 740 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 740 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed and all balances therein being forfeited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in account suspension and rejection of any withdrawal requests. 740 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify the 740 support team immediately. Your password must not be shared with any third party.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 740 platform agree to comply with all established rules and must not engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt the systems and infrastructure of the 740 platform.
- Identity fraud or impersonating another user or a 740 representative.
- Using your account for money laundering or any activity that is illegal under Malaysian law.
- Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing login credentials or allowing any third party to access your account.
740 reserves the right to take action against any account found to be in breach of these rules, including immediate suspension or closure without prior notice.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 740 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include DuitNow and local bank transfers approved by the platform. 740 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment service providers.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds to a few minutes, depending on the method chosen. Withdrawals are subject to a verification process that may take between 24 to 48 business hours. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed full identity verification.
740 reserves the right to withhold or decline any withdrawal request if there is suspicion of fraud, non-compliance with these terms, or if identity verification has not been completed. Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to rollover requirements as separately stated in the promotions page applicable. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the specified rollover requirements have been met in full.
5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 740 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 740 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the connectivity, accuracy, or availability of the platform at any time. 740 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from technical disruptions or system failures.
All betting or game outcomes generated by the system are final unless there is clear evidence of a technical error verified by 740. In the event of a confirmed technical error, 740 reserves the right to void the relevant transactions and restore the account balance to its state prior to the error.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 740 platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code, is the exclusive property of 740 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 740.
Third-Party Links
The 740 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment processors. 740 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of third-party service providers separately.
6. Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
740 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if a breach of these terms, fraud, or suspicious activity is detected. In the event of account closure due to a policy violation, 740 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance depending on the severity of the breach. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 740 support team via the email listed on this site, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.
Amendments to These Terms
740 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the 740 platform after any amendment is published shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the 740 platform or these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
